I have this and 2 other outdoor cabinets on my patio, that I absolutely love! They are functional and beautiful. But what was amazing was when there was damage to one of my doors New Age had the best customer service getting it replaced easily and without hassle. I will use this company again and recommend to all my friends.

I ordered the stainless steel base for a gas grill. The delivery date showed a week and a half then multiple weeks! I called and the delivery person got on it. I got the base in a few days! Really exceptional customer service. I think the negative reviews are historic. My experience was very positive. Oh and the cabinet is great!

When I unpacked and set up my new outdoor kitchen products, I was amazed at the quality of the products. Very sturdy and well designed. Had minor damage to one of the cabinets and a replacement was immediately shipped out. Customer service and sales department were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Nice Granite countertop, but beware if you are buying this for an application that will need any holes to be drilled through. It is not solid granite, it has a stainless steel bottom, about 1/2 inch thick, which was very challenging to drill though, but it is possible. I wish the description would on the website would make this known before someone purchases.

Product is ok but the shipping process and customer service is a nightmare. Sent the wrong product but do not take responsibility. I have followed multiple times but no one provides any help. You can get a better product and experience elsewhere

This is our second set of Cabinets from newage. The quality is absolutely worth the price! The first set we bought is in the mountain house and sometimes we get 50 mile an hour winds with lots of rain - the cabinets are exposed to the weather, but they still look brand new. They never get wet inside and the features inside the cabinet are almost too good to be true! Condiment station, wine rack, trash slide out! We could not have built custom cabinets for this price. And truthfully, they look in last better than any custom we could've gotten. I will post pictures of the new and previous set. The new is waiting for custom counters. Great delivery and easy to move (we are over 60 & moved ourselves)

The clips that hold the shelf that supports your Kamado are inferior. Everytime I close the Kamado lid, (NewAge Kamado) The clips come out and the shelf collapses causing me to completely disassemble my grill to put it back together. They are not designed to support any weight. Grill is amazing. Shelving system sucks....

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
