I recently purchased the kamado cabinet. I do like the product and the company. The only criticism I would have is that the opening for the Kamado should be bigger. You can't really fit a really large kamado in it if you're thinking about upgrading. Overall good product good quality even though expensive

We just purchased our cabinets and grill. We live the quality and the features. Although on the 45 degree cabinets, if you attach to another cabinet it works great, but, to attach to the grill insert, there is a hole missing near the door to insert bolt through to the grill insert. Because you can't insert a bolt to start inside the grill either. So there is one bolt in each 45 degree cabinet attached through grill cabinet and into grill insert but, since there isn't a hole to put a bolt through near the door side of the 45 degree cabinet, each 45 degree cabinet is missing one bolt.

The 2 outdoor kitchen cabinets are everything we had hoped. Very well made & doors/drawers function well. Complements our Bar/BBQ ISLAND area really well.

I bought garage cabinets from you in late 2017. They are awesome, really hold up great. when I decided to install my outdoor kitchen I looked back in my records and found you guys again and ordered my kitchen cabinets. your sink cabinet is the bomb. very well built. They install very easy. They look great and hold up very well. I know this because my garage cabinets have been up for almost 3 years they still look and operate like new.

I bought those cabinets a month ago and the delivery was last week and we install it last Friday, the cabinets was easy to install but we did have two cabinets with a slight imperfections or small bumb on the left door when you look the cabinet as you could see on the picture, the other bumb on the other cabinet is on the side of it and because the way we install the cabinet we are not able to see it anymore so I won't bother

I bought this a month ago and very happy with the process. I'm a little disappointed in the final product. It came without a protective 'film' over the cabinet door and their are a few blemishes on the door that won't come off. My other cabinets all came with a protective film to protect it.

I purchased two Prep tables. One of them had been previously opened and was missing hardware and had a small scratch on the table top. I presume someone else had purchased it and then returned it before the warehouse sent it on to me. New age replaced the missing hardware but sent it regular mail so I was delayed in using the second table by more than a week. These table are designed to fit into the other cabinets New Age sells and are not as sturdy as stand alone tables should be.

I like the bar cabinet, but the most commonly use thing is the trash which is on the left, so you need to open both doors to get to the trash. From a design standpoint I would have put the trash cans on the right side to make them more accessible. Unfortunately the way it is designed you cannot easily switch the trash to the right side. Not sure why they didn't make all the components interchangeable.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
