Bought a replacement igniter set for my eight year old Weber Genesis E330 Grill and found it very easy to install following the excellent directions enclosed with replacement igniter set. The set includes push button for start, new battery, and harness with four igniters. The grill now looks and works like new. I also learned new igniter set comes with a three year warranty. Weber truly makes great products and stands by their product quality.

Ordered new igniter for an elderly EP330 4-burner gas grill. Old igniter was hit or miss, mostly miss. Pretty easy and straight forward slick installation. Igniter sparks are faster and not as loud as original. Two of the burners won't ignite. I can see the spark so either the gas is not flowing close enough or tank pressure is low. But, why are the other two lighting with no problem? I'll try to bend the spark nozzles but can't really see how that would help. Burner tubes are in good shape and I can light them with a hand held lighter. So, I'm not yet happy with this situation.

I tried to find the part in stores that sold webber grills. All sold out every where I went. Tried to order on line, sold out. Then I looked at the other model number and looked hard at the part. An said to myself "I think its the same part or will still work". Waited and waited it arrived!! YES!! Same part different grill, different number same exact part, just a newer model. Back to grilling that night! So, maybe your sales department should know there products better. Solved the problem on my own. FIVE STARS for me and the part works great!

The kit completely replaces the wiring and sparkler. Makes the grill work like new. Like most kits of this nature, the instruction booklet is too long and not nearly clear enough. It confuses you in several different languages. I would YouTube the procedure first and then you will complete the procedure quickly. I removed the grates, flavor bars and all loose parts and then laid them grill on is back. It helped my work those hard to reach screws more easily. Any person of reasonable mechanical aptitude should be able to handle the installation quickly.

The original igniter lasted only 3 years on our expensive Weber Genesis S-330. The new igniter had to be wired to the old "stainless steel" steel burner, since it had rusted so much. Disappointing about the stainless steel rusting so badly (grates, rack, all burners). Still waiting months for the Replacement parts still under 5 year warranty.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
