Could use better instructions. Mine came in virtually every world language except English. In Iowa most people speak English.

I have a 20+ year old Weber genesis whose igniter finally died. The part I bought was not accurate and the wires were short, requiring me to splice the new igniter to my old wires. Weber's service department was extremely responsive and couldn't have worked harder to solve my problem. The have registered my "geriatric" grill (which still works great) so I will be sure to get correct part if needed going forward. They went above and beyond. If I ever need a new grill, I'm sticking with Weber as they truly value their customers!

my igniter kit for my elderly grill with knobs on the side was disappointing. The wires were too short- they didn't reach the igniter switch! I had to splice to the new igniter tip ( the old one had burned out) to the old wiring. After doing that, it works fine

Sent me wrong igniter kit. When contacted I was told they would refund my money and all I had to do was pay for the new proper kit. Which coincidentally was twice the price of the refunded kit so it looks like they didn't really refund me.

Excellent instructions; the igniter was very easy to replace. My grill is 13 years old. I finally replaced the igniter and burners. It looks and operates like a new grill.

I've had my Genesis II for roughly 12? 13 years, and the igniter finally gave out. I ordered the replacement part, it arrived quickly with complete pictographic instructions. Disassembly and reassembly was possibly slightly shorter than the total, original assembly-but it gave me a chance to do a thorough cleaning of the grill. I've owned other grills that couldn't be saved after 3 years of regular use-I expect this gril, with regular care, will be here many years to come.

Quality replacement igniter. It was very easy to uninstall the old unit and instructions were very easy. Original igniter lasted 10 years and I'm sure this replacement will go that long.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
