Love these trays… use them all the time. Great for rub downs to carrying things to my Flat Rock. Very practical. Please bring out of retirement.

We purchased 7 of these trays in faith, that like the rest of traegers product lineup, they would be exceptional. However, after only a short few uses, they are all warped. After several months of this irritating me, I looked today to see if I was the only one with this issue. I'm not one to go looking for others negative reviews, especially about my beloved Traeger, but it seems that is all I can locate for this product. This seems to occur after 2020 in the reviews. So the question I have is, what changed and had Traeger thought about making this right for their customers? Seeing the product discontinued is kind of a slap in the face. Instead of just discontinuing a helpful product, find someone to make it correctly and stand by your customers that have stood by you. Offer a trade program for the ones that invested in this product. Give us an opportunity to be righted your wrong. You should understand the "Why" of your company and that so many people are willing to pay a premium for your products due to the premium that has been offered for so many years. Now isn't the time to hide when a product doesn't meet those same standards. Own it, redo it, and make it right by those that are now out their hard earned money. I still believe you can do the right thing. Will you?

Not dishwasher safe, warps. Corners are off now after dishwasher.

I recently received one of these as a gift. Straight out of the box the tray was warped. I love the look of the tray and I believe it would be useful. The fact that it is warped, however, is disappointing and really takes away from what would have otherwise been a great product.

I have a few of these trays, my most recent tray purchase was about 3 months ago, had a slight warp to it but has only gotten worse. It has never been in the dishwasher, my other two which are over 2 years old, are perfectly flat still. Something has changed in the production of these trays, went and looked at a new stack of them today and they all had the same slight warp, it will get worse.

A little disappointed with the tray because it is nothing like the picture. I also expected it to be a little thicker. Basically I paid for a Traeger lunch tray.

Received my orange tray today and it is so warped it doesn't even sit straight on the counter. Others mentioned it warped after putting it in the dishwasher. Well mine was like that when I took it out of the package. Expensive for a product like this.

I bought one of these a few years back and I love it! Has been through the dishwasher many times and it has never warped. The last few I have bought warped after one run through the dishwasher. BUYER BEWARE, THESE ARE NO LONGER DISHWASHER SAFE as they originally were. What a shame, as these come in real handy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
