I was torn between Napoleon, Blaze LTE 32" and Bull Premium. The Bull was a few hundred $ more than the Blaze. The lady I spoke with was polite and patient with me but really pushed Blaze. By full disclosure, BBQ guys owns Blaze and it's great grill. HOWEVER, even though the Bull would have been 2" smaller, it would have given me much more grilling space than my Blaze. This is because the heat distribution from to back on the Blaze is massively different. Every time I grill steaks or burgers, I fight between the high heat in the back, and unless heat in the front. Bull has a different design for the burners which distributes heat much better. Therefore, while I lose several inches of space on the front of my Blaze grill, I would get it back and more if I had the 2" narrower Bull. The Napoleon was eliminated out of hand so it came down to Blaze and Bull. Both good choices, but if I had purchased the my bragging rights with friends would go up three-fold.

I ordered the grill on 3-19 of this year and have used it 5 times and the rest of the time it's been covered. Recently I went to use the grill and noticed all the knob rubber rings have deteriorated and are on the ground or just about ready to fall off. I am beyond disappointed because this is the first time I spent this much money on a grill. In the past I would stop at a box store and purchase a grill that I knew might last 2 seasons. I also didn't feel bad when the grill would only last 2 seasons because my expectations were calibrated. Now I purchase a Blaze grill that I anticipate having use for many seasons to come and find the grill is falling apart in less than 4 months. I hope someone can help me and change my opinion on my purchase and thank you for your time

Product is awful. I cook twice a week and give it a deep cleaning twice a month due to the flare ups and that doesn't help much. Don't ever leave the hood down or walk away while grilling or the fire department may have to come. After 2 years and overpaying its time for me to suck it up and get a new grill. Purchase this because I didn't like the why the new weber's were being built. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I've had this grill since 7/2021 and cooked plenty of meals on it. The good: Looks great, interior lighting a plus, well constructed, stainless steel. The bad: Flare ups on every meal, the thermometer is completely inaccurate, no control over temperature, and uneven heat distribution across the grill surface. This grill is either too hot, or too cold. I have burnt many pieces of meat to the point where I am just frustrated with this grill. My last grill was a 16 year old Weber Genesis that held up great (granted replaced grate, burners, and flavorizer bars) and cooked extremely well. I had much control over the temperature I wanted the grill to be at. I had decided to upgrade and watched videos on the Blaze grill and was sold. I ordered it from BBQGuys.com and received it after a few weeks. Shortly after I received it I found out that BBQGuys owned Blaze grills, then I found out they were made in China. I felt like I was deceived with the fact that Blaze was a BBQGuys brand. That should have been made clear to the consumer. I'm disappointed with this grill, it's all show and does not perform well AT ALL.

I bought a Blaze LTE grill from them and it didn't work correctly from the beginning. The conventional burners were uneven and the temperature of the grill varied greatly anywhere you put food. I was told it was just a matter of the air shutters which needed adjusting. I've adjusted them every way I can and they still don't work evenly. The sear burner also had issues, which they kept replacing, but would never work correctly. The sear burner would go out a minute into cooking a steak and propane would continue to flow out of it which tainted the meat so I couldn't even enjoy the steak after finishing it with the UNEVEN conventional burners. Many steaks were ruined and their solutions never solved the issue. It was also pretty embarrassing when trying to cook meals for friends and loved ones and having them RUINED by this grill. I've spent 23 MONTHS trying to get this grill working properly BY contacting BBQGUYS and only having replacement parts sent to me. It was also a giant headache to get a hold of them and have to send in pictures and videos of the grill not working correctly. It has never worked as advertised and THE ENTIRE GRILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED! Not to mention several pieces of the grill cart arrived damaged leading to a big grill taking up room in my apartment for weeks while they sent replacement parts so I could move it to my balcony. The hood of the grill also came with a dent in it, but that was the least of my worries. I even spoke to the manufacturer of the grill and they were surprised that BBQGUYS didn't make this right. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. I now have a hunk of metal on my balcony that's only good for ruining food. My next course of action is to contact the California attorney general and the better business bureau to file complaints.

We recently butchered so I grilled ribeyes once we assembled the grill. I love the high heat for searing. I like my steak medium rare and my wife eats her's medium. After searing both steaks it was easily to control the heat and both ribeyes came out perfect.
Questions & Answers
Hi, Ann. I've attached the web page for just the cart. The width with the side shelves is 56.25", the height is 35.63 inches, the depth is 22.13 inches. For safety reasons, the cart needs to be left open on all sides to allow for venting. https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze/grill-cart-for-32-inch-4-burner-gas-grill-blz-4-cart
Asked by Ann | Answered by AnnHello Steve! This grill does not come with an LP tank, you will need to supply your own.
Asked by steve | Answered by steveHi Cheryl, this grill does not have a fuel level gauge.
Asked by Cheryl | Answered by CherylHi Kathy, Blaze products are made in China.
Asked by Kathy | Answered by KathyHi Nick! Congrats on the upgrade! If your island is made of combustible materials then you will need the insulated jacket. To change the grill from liquid propane to natural gas, you will need to purchase the conversion kit and have a licensed plumber complete the upgrade. Here is the conversion kit you need: https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze-outdoor-products/conversion-kit-liquid-propane-to-natural-gas-blz-convkit-ng Here is the insulated jacket for the 32-inch 4 burner: https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze-outdoor-products/insulated-jacket-for-32-inch-4-burner-gas-grills-blz-4-ij
Asked by Nick B | Answered by Nick BHi Ron! You would need a 120V grounded plug. Please see page 12 of the user manual for more details: https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Blaze-LTE2-User-Manual-04-2019.pdf?_ga=2.126740429.1924973369.1591621800-249970402.1587136285&_gac=1.213389670.1591896794.Cj0KCQjwrIf3BRD1ARIsAMuugNuSafhM6xkPk7SkNzAOB9q0pfaAFDScWrAXu0dFCYvmarXWhbNqwIIaAgXvEALw_wcB
Asked by Ron | Answered by RonHi Linda, thanks for asking! This item is for Propane, so it will not have any of the connections for Natural Gas. If you were to purchase this grill you would need to purchase a conversion kit, or you can instead purchase the Natural Gas version of this grill that comes with all the parts necessary for connecting to your Natural Gas line here: https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze-outdoor-products/lte-32-inch-4-burner-freestanding-natural-gas-grill-with-rear-infrared-burner-grill-lights-blz-4lte2-ng
Asked by Linda | Answered by LindaHi Geoff! The shelves do not need to be installed. However, if you're going to have the cart pushed into a cabinet unit, be sure there are no combustible materials such as wood in the counter/cabinetry.
Asked by Geoff | Answered by GeoffHey Tom! The majority of the assembly required will be for the cart and we have the document provided on the product page. In the instructional guide, we walk you through the steps for LP/NG. This will in fact work with 20 lb. portable propane tanks. Hope this information helps! https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Blaze-LTE2-User-Manual-04-2019.pdf?_ga=2.132839946.527309023.1588599695-4679300.1580743159&_gac=1.187096282.1588952351.Cj0KCQjwhtT1BRCiARIsAGlY51Ip9Fjh6JZGgps9sUDBzg-mDxsUKuw86FajgCqmq2LIwSpHO17s50saAiWsEALw_wcB
Asked by Tom | Answered by TomHi! When purchasing the grill, there is an option of built-in or freestanding configuration. If you purchase freestanding, then it comes with the cart you would need to make the grill freestanding. If you purchase the built-in, then it is only the grill meant for building into an island with no cart. Hope this helps!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
