I had the fireplace installed during the summer months. I was told it was fully loaded and had a fan, which is one of the features we wanted. With the cooler weather we started to run our fireplace just to get the chill out of the common are of the house. Little to our dismay and disappointment we found out as well as our HVAC guy, that this fireplace does not have a fan. For the amount of money we spent on this fireplace I am not happy with it.

Good but not the best for the price . I had issues with the bulbs going out on the top every now and then. They don't use led bulbs on the top but halogen and these are not reliabe.The other issue is a burn smell from the fireplace . It should be only for the first few hours but this smell is persisting as something is burning in the fireplace all the time . This smell then comes through the vent and spreads throughout the home.

I bought this gas fireplace for our new home and I am extremely disappointed. I would like to replace it with something else. The fire flame is weak, 3-4 " flame and we can produce more heat boiling water on the stove. Nspoloesn fireplace was a poor choice.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
