Warranty
The following materials are warranted for a lifetime: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless steel burner, Phazer logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass, gold plated parts, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims. Electrical components and wearable parts are covered at no charge during the first year. Labor related to warranty repair (with prior approval of an authorized company official) is also covered at no charge within the first year.

Installed this fireplace two years ago. Poor flame height; manufacturer doesn't allow flames to burn too high. Operation via the remote is NOT user friendly. The app conflicts with the remote and is also NOT user friendly. Safety screens disrupt the view of the fire and is not a clear, relaxing, beautiful fire scene. Very disappointing!!!!

Recently my husband and I made the choice of having a linear gas fireplace installed in our cabin. We decided on the Vector 50, single sided, and not the see through version. Which was cool, but we did the single sided. We opted for just Amber Glass, and kept it very clean and crisp look, being that there is already so much wood in our cabin. It really puts off a lot of heat with 36,000 btu's, and on a cold snowy night, that is exactly what we wanted it to do. We get more compliments on it as people walk into the room. Plus it has a safety barrier, so the grandkids and animals can't get injured which gives us peace of mind. I did order some HD Birch logs, we might try those later in the season to change up the look., it is nice having those options. Having a battery backup when bad storms hit, and I can still light it, make all the difference. We could not be more pleased with our choice for our home. Thank you Napoleon

I absolutely love my fireplace!! This heats the room beautifully and has such a pretty flame. I also love the birch logs and the lighting that this unit offers. I highly recommend the Vector, you will not be disappointed.

The Vector 50 is the best compromise between size, price and features. The Vector 50 comes standard with the reflective mirro-flame interior, full spectrum LED ember bed lighting and app control. Many interior media options including logs for a more traditional look. The Vector 50 has beautiful dancing flames. I like that you can install with a mantel or use the heat kit to bring a television within inches of the glass view!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
