Used for camping with my trailer. After 4 seasons, it wouldn't produce the heat to cook properly. After I purchased a new gas regulator / temp control unit, it now cooks like original.

I bought Broil King porta chef in 2017 .It,'s easy to handle ,light weight.. Heats quickly and easy to adjust. Love it ! Stored in shed for the winter.

I bought this for my Son at the beginning of the summer but could not get the stand but he uses it almost everyday and said it is the best little BBQ he has ever had and would recommend it to anyone. He lives on a Boat so this is his stove and has done him well.

The console is broken and I cannot set the temperature . Need ta vissgrip to open the gas . No spare parts available for that... We need to replace the unit very deceiving warranty expired... I like Broil King but this is unacceptable

Good looking and good finishing. Good grill. Not powerfull enough. It takes time to preheat even in good weather condition, it hardly elevate more than 400F. So forget BBQ in colder weather. Major problem. Lighter give up after the first season. Use a teflon sheet for cooking if you want to keep it clean. I seldomly dismantle the legs cause I keep it on a balcony. Until now, no problem but I can easily imagine fixation problems underneath the cabinet if you dont do it really carefully. I would have liked to easily get a spare lighter directly on the broil king site... but this feature seems unavailable... so instead, I have written a review.

Bought this unit last summer and it would not heat up warm enough to sear anything. Bought a new regulator which helped a bit but leaving it on high for more than 20 minutes warped the frame.

bought this little bbq for taking along with our trailer,have had it since 2010,taken it across Canada,down to Yuma for a six month winter stay.The only thing I need to change is the flavor plate over top of the burner.A great little bbq.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
