Works as advertised, very easy to set-up and have been very happy with it! Helps when making one piece of meat well-done and one medium-rare.
Despite following all instructions and trouble shooting instructions, it continually loses connection, even if the phone is right next to the grill. I have tried it on multiple phones and still experience the same, bad results. This product is terrible and Weber should have refunded my money when i first complained.

Hello! We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing some connectivity issues with your iGrill 3. We would suggest resetting your device to improve connectivity. Please follow these steps from your Bluetooth settings menu: • Tap on the icon to the right of the device and tap ‘Unpair’ • Turn Bluetooth off on your smart device • Completely shut down your smart device • With the iGrill 3 still powered on, press the power button on the front of the faceplate for 15 seconds to reset the iGrill 3 • After 15 seconds, the iGrill 3 will flash indicated that the reset was successful • Power on your smart device and turn Bluetooth back on • Open the Weber iGrill App • Tap on ‘Start Grilling' followed by 'Pair' on the photo of your iGrill 3 • Tap 'Continue' once paired If the issue remains after doing so, please contact our support team for additional assistance. Thank you.
No booklet with this product. Keeps losing bluetooth connection. No recommendation on temperature settings for the grill

Hi, Please try to do a full reset on the device. Hold the button for 15 seconds and reconnect. Sometimes walls can interfere with the Bluetooth. If you are still having a hard time with Bluetooth range please get in contact with us at 800-446-8088. Thank you!
My husband loves this feature! It's great for temperature checks, and makes it easier when cooking steaks and such that can be various selections in doneness
Initial review as using it only for a couple of weeks so far. Winds up being quite accurate. Food comes out cooked as desired. Bluetooth phone notification very handy. Can do other things related to meal or otherwise and get notice when food is about to be done. So far, so good.

I bought this a year ago. And I use it every time when I grill. It's always works and I leave it out in the weather. And it has not broken yet. It's pretty much water proof.

I bought this product several weeks ago, but I didn't install and use it until last week. I've used it six times in a little over a week. It's fun, and it takes all of the guess work out of grilling. I've cooked perfect filets, chicken breasts, salmon steaks and burgers. Everyone has his/her choice cooked to perfection. How did I ever grill without it. I close the lid, go over to my lounge and wait for the beeper. At first, I wasn't sure I could trust the app, but now I know I can. It takes all guessing out of grilling---and no more sticking my arm into a hot grill to check and instant read thermometer!

Weber has always had great products. The I Grill 3 is intuitive and works well. The only downfall is the range. It's not very far. It reconnects quickly but you can't move more than 15-20 feet away.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
