The first time I used it I got some flames and since than the probes are broken. The distributor doesn't have a replacment strobes to I'm stuck with a new product that malfunction !!! Bummer

I have never grilled so effortlessly! Perfect steaks, roast and chicken every time! This little devise makes you look like a star! Your friends will think you have stood over the grill the whole time, when in reality you have had time to prepare the sides dishes.

I had previous experience with a Genesis II. I ordered this for my Spirit II. The instructions for battery pack installation isn't possible due to the propane tank connection. I called support on Dec. 31 and was asked to send a picture of the conflict, which I did. 15 days later there has not been a response

Hello! We are very sorry to hear about the trouble installing the iGrill 3 on your grill. We reviewed the photos you sent to our support team, and it appears that the bulkhead is incorrectly installed. That item (connecting the gas line and the hose/regulator) should be positioned on the outside frame, not on the inside as it is presently assembled. I gave this product only a 4 star review for one small misconception about the product due to their advertising photos. The silicone grips pictured on the meat probes are not what was received, instead of the ample silicone grips pictured I received a very small silicone ring on each meat probe. I did discuss my dissatisfaction with these with a customer service representative in two emails but each time was told the silicone grips pictured on the website had been replaced to the silicone rings I had received; although the website still shows the larger silicone grips. The whole product works as it is advertised expect for this one problem with the meat probe grips.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
