This device is a life saver. It takes the guess work out of grilling food to the perfect temperature. The pairing process took only a few seconds. The associated app is really useful and even allows notifications when a temp is reached. The device also beeps when a set temp is reached.

I have attempted to cook multiple roasts with this device. Each time I get wild readings without changed the sensor position. I believe that the probe wires are shorting out but this does not help when I get a full cooked message 320 minutes after a roast is placed on a low grill. I move the sensor and then in a couple of minutes I get the message that the roast is at 500 degrees. This product is not worth the money or the hassle of trying to get it to work. I love the idea and am ashamed of Weber for putting such a device on the market in their name. I have owned this for more than a year maybe 18 months but it has been in my cabinet for at least a year because it did not work.

The temp probe reads the temp of the grill not the meat

Seems to work well, certainly simplifies grilling some foods. Only complaint so far is that the little plastic thing they're wrapped around is very fussy and there's no good place to store them in the grill itself, on or off the little plastic thing (the shelf is open, which where we live means they'll blow off sooner or later).

I was skeptical about purchasing the iGrill 3 system. I wasn't sure how hard it would be to install and set up. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease installation and set up! The accessory is easy to use and results in perfect outcomes. It is worth every penny.

These work fine for the first few times, then the wires become kinked and frayed at the connection points. The wires also get in the way while cooking. Need a wireless alternative like the Meater line but more competitively priced. WiFi much better alternative than Bluetooth.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
