Waste of money!! Won't stay connected (paired) for more than 5-10 minutes grill is in garage 30-40 feet away! All my other bluethooth devices don't have this problem very annoying always have to go to garage reload the app and pair every 5-10 min. It's A BIG hassle not worth it!

In order to get connected to your iGrill 3, please follow these steps: 1. Download the Weber iGrill App 2. Enable Bluetooth on your smart device 3. Turn the iGrill 3 on 4. Open the Weber iGrill App 5. Tap on "Find Devices" or on ‘Start Grilling' followed by 'Pair' on the photo of your iGrill 3 6. Tap 'Continue' once paired We would like to look more into this. Bought item brand new and had it shipped to house. Package arrived and I begun the setup. Was not able to get igrill3 to connect to any of my devices or even appear in the bluetooth discovery. Called customer support, only answer given was to turn igrill device off and on until it worked. Never got it to work, never got to use it. Waste of my time, money on shipping and sanity

I tried to like it. Nice design, Bluetooth worked, and I was grilling! Then, temps varied. Finally the started on the 200s+ and wouldn't go down. I swapped probes, replaced the battery - no joy. Support is a joke. Tickets are NEVER answered. I don't know why tfe bother to accept requests, since nobody answers them. Pretty paperweight is what I have now…

Here at Weber, we stand by the quality of our products and cover them under great warranties. Our main goal is to have you love our products just as much as we do. When using the iGrill Probes and for best results, please keep these safe usage guidelines in mind: • Do not allow the wiring of the probes to be exposed to open flame or direct heat for extended periods of time. Doing so may damage the probes resulting in inaccurate readings. We recommend suspending the wiring through an opening in your smoker or grill, such as the rotisserie slot. • To clean the iGrill Pro Meat Probes, wipe them down with either a damp towel or a sanitary wipe. Do not submerge the probes in water or liquid of any kind. This may result in moisture entering the crimp and wiring of the probe which will cause damage and inaccurate readings to occur. Refer to the attached PDF for a visual guide. We are looking into what caused this matter so we can provide further assistance, our kind Support team would like to follow up with you. I was quite familiar with this product so that is why I purchased one
The only issue which unfortunately makes the product unreliable is the poor connectivity over Bluetooth. Imagine your meat is cooking and temperature readings are fine and then all of a sudden no more reading as the connection is lost. Depending upon when this happened your good can get overcooked in not knowing when it reached or will reach the target temperature.

I like the iGrill 3. It seems to be accurate. It's easy and let's you enjoy yourself with friends and family with its temp notification features on my iPhone. Very handy. It is nice that it's part of the grill so always there when you need it.

GREAT GRILL, A LITTLE MORE ASSEMBLY THAN WUE EXPECTED BUT INSTRUCTION VIDEO HELPS FOR SURE. COOKS GREAT HAVENT USED PROBES WINTER, I WISK THE COVER WASNT SO EXPENSIVE

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
