I think this may be the first time I've written an on line review but this device deserves a mention. I used this thing for the first time tonight. Used it to cook 4 enormous pork chops and they were without a doubt the best I've ever cooked. This thing is awesome. Highly recommend it.

I bought the product 3 weeks ago and it does more than I expected. Easy to fit. Simple to use. Perfect results every time. Saves going in and out. Pungent food smells outside not inside. I love it.

Have only used once, but this thing works great. I will play around a little more but I took 1 star off since there isnt adaptive type tech in it quite yet. For example, medium rare you should take if off the grill at warning lvl, not actual.

Range is limited on the Bluetooth. I need to be within about 20 feet of the BBQ in order for my phone to read the temps. The pork tenderloin turned out perfect. The ambient temperature gauge is worthless. It's way off and reads way too hot. The lid thermometer does a much better job. Ordered the rotisserie also and that works great however the metal rod/skewer is bent a little after one use with a 6 lb chicken.

These are cheap accessories to an expensive grill. Also the measurement on the propane tank are too broad.

I bought the iGrill a few weeks after I bought the Weber gas grill. It takes the guesswork out of grilling. More importantly, it frees me up to work on other parts of the meal.

Takes the guessing out of when the meat is ready. Sometimes what you're cooking may look ready but you find out after everything is turned off that you need to add more time; this option eliminates this problem.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
