I have two igrill 3's on my grill here at my house and one at the lake house. The only complaint I have is that the probes cannot be used with the rotisserie and I have been waiting for Weber to come out with a fix which would have to be a wireless probe. I enjoy a rotisserie chicken or Turkey breast or Eye of the Round roast. And there is a difference between rotisserie and putting in the roast holder.

I bought iGrill 3 a couple of years ago and was hugely disappointed. Something happened either on your end or mine. Thanksgiving. Turkey. One last time with iGrill 3. It works! We had the perfect turkey this year (2022). Perfectly cooked. Able to follow progress on both my iPhone and Apple Watch. Put me in the "Happy camper" column.

You can't get more than 10' from your girl or you have reconnect the Bluetooth. I don't bother with it anymore. When will you come out with one that fits on the grill like this one and is WiFi?

Bought the device a couple years ago. I've used it sparingly over that time and now the blue tooth doesn't work.

For large pieces of meat like pork shoulder it works well but for chicken breasts, pork tenderloins, etc. it's a waste of time. The probe is too big and it's difficult if not impossible to hit the sweet spot in the piece of meat to get accurate doness measurements. They should have a smaller probe for those cuts/pieces of meat. Your better off using a good instant read thermometer.

The technology and software work well. The one issue is removing or adjusting the hot probe. If you leave the black plastic on it could melt in the hot grill. If not the metal is too hot to touch.

Received this product when I purchased a new Weber Genesis ii grill, as a promotion to buy the grill from the BBQ Guys. After installation and pairing with my Google Pixel 6 the device kept coming unpaired within a matter of minutes when I was right next to the unit. Called Weber customer service and was talked through a number of trouble shooting routines, none of which worked. Weber agreed to send a new unit which delivered the same disappointing results. So unless you have a Bluetooth device that is completely compatible, don't expect any usefulness from this unit as I never got to use it once!

If food is cooking too fast or too slow, it would be nice if the iGrill could recommend a temperature adjustment based on type of food selected to grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
