I used to either under or over cook meat on the grill... since I got the iGrill.. that never happens!! EVER... Consistently the meat I cook on the grill is cooked perfectly... I couldn't be happier and now I don't keep lifting the lid to see how the meat is doing... usually about ? way through.. I go lift the lid and turn over... with the 10 degree alert that the meat is almost ready... I'm right there waiting and BAM... done to perfection. my only con... it is bluetooth.. so keep your phone within range... but when you do go out of range (and I do frequently).. it reconnects with no problem.

I used the probe twice so far. The probe was on target for prime rib and filet mignon. I also love the recipes. I flipped my filet mignon halfway through the temperature. Too bad Weber didn't have a portable probe for rotisserie.

I bought this for Thanksgiving - had a 23 lbs turkey to cook on the weber. I stuffed the bird and put it out for the required 4-5 hour cook time. But even though I the grill temperature was 350, the bird was cooking way too fast. You could tell because of the graph on the app. I lowered the grill temperature a few times to slow down the turkey cooking time. Without both of these sensors, the bird would've been done waaaay too early. One of the best turkeys I've cooked for the extended family! The temperature graphs were fun to show off.

with the probe inserted into a nice piece of salmon on a ceder plank, the rubber coloured rubber on the probe melted off....hopefully into the bbq and not into the salmon as I didnt notice till we had eaten it.

Terrible connectivity. Looks nice when attached to new Genesis and that's where the positive review ends. Constant lost connection, both iOS and Android OS. At one point I placed the iPad on the grill side table, right above the igrill 3 device and it still couldn't "find" the connection.

I bought this about a month ago. My only issue is not with the product itself but you have to choose between the iGrill and the propane tank gauge. It is one or the other and that I don't like at all.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
