I used my i grill 3 proves for the first time the other day and my stalls came out great but the color coating, red/yellow caught on fire from a flair up. Is this normal? Did I use them wrong? Can I still use them?

I like the way it works but the LP gas monitor module bottom clip broke when I was snapping it in place. I taped it in place for now.

I am on my 2nd IGrill and I have gone through 12 probes. 2 are currently working now. I believe my IGrill has gone bad again. I've replaced the batteries and it still gives me temps from 36 to 999. I've switched the probes around and I think port 2 and 3 are bad. The worse part is this grill has only 2 years of use, but we do grill frequently. When it works it nice but the quality of the probes and IGrill are questionable.

A good thermometer that fits great on the Genesis II. It works well with my iOS app and allowed me grill the perfect ribeye steaks. One thing that could have been better understood is the sensitivity of the probes, which appear to be more fragile that I anticipated. On my first grill with this product, one of the probes was under direct exposure to flame for a minute which not only caused the colored band to completely melt away but also permanently damaged the probe's sensing capabilities and rendered it useless. So especially when using on a gas grill make sure that exposure to flame is minimized for the probes.

I've used this sensor twice and both times the meat has been cooked to perfection...I wish I would have bought this accessory immediately upon receiving the grill as a present!

It works. A rich neighbor has one. He has everything. You can get wireless thermometers for $20. But to have that all important degree reading show up in your smart phone, you have to pay $100.

Disappointed fuel sensor not working. I like the probes but am concerned about longevity due to sensor not responding.

Just installed mine this week. I tried it last night on some cut up chicken and the chicken was perfectly cooked. If you have one of the Genesis II grills, buy one! You will not regret it!

I just bought the Genesis II and decided to also get the iGrill 3. When I am cooking pork or poultry, I am always opening the lid to take the temp so this accessory has been a great addition to my grilling arsenal. It works well but the only draw back is the cord holder is clumsy so I swapped it out with velcro cable ties and it is disappointing that Weber wouldn't just include 4 probes. The device has 4 ports but only comes with 2 probes so if you want to monitor 4 different items, you will need to order additional probes. Also, for whatever reason, Weber is focused on Apple and not Android. I can't imagine that there are more Apple users than Android but that is their focus. The iGrill 3 app works fine on my Android but the other Weber grill app, with recipes and stuff, doesn't. It is Apple only...seems short sighted to not support a huge part of their client base.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
