I've used my igrill 3 for the last two years - really enjoy grilling with it as it's so easy to monitor internal temperature. I replaced the igrill battery earlier this summer and seemingly coincident with that my probes (both of them) are now giving false readings of extremely high internal temps (like 500 degrees) then low, then high again. Do I need new probes?

Worked well but yesterday I noticed start button cane off and apparently blew away. Now won't work and I can't find replacement piece.Less than a year old

Accurate. Excellent addition to the grill. Nice tie in to phone app. A little difficult keeping wires fed through side of grill. Ambient probe does not go above certain temperature so will blank out when you have a super hot grill.

Verified Purchase You would think that weber wouldn't do anything bad but this device is a disappointment. Unnecessary smart code keeps disconnected trying to save battery... bluetooth connection reliability is a nightmare. I wrote to support week ago didn't hear back anything... Probes were accurate for the first few cooks but then started to undercook... not accurate. Not sure if i got a faulty unit but it is bad. I wish there was an option to disable that stupid proximity sensor which thinks your phone is away and keeps disconnecting... I'm seriously frustrated after investing this much money into this unit. Not happy at all.

The range on the Bluetooth is not great. Has to be reset often. Also it would be great to be able set notifications and use the sound on my phone for notifications. Watching the temp go up 1 degree at a time gets boring. That said the ability to cook to a specific internal temp has changed my bbq life and I want to try a standing Rob roast next

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
