iGrill2 is an easy way to grill a steak to the degree you wish. I downloaded the app to my smartphone, so i knew when it was done to medium.

Use it with my Summit when grilling if not just for meat temp. I also use added temp probe for grill temp. I wish they would of packaged grill temp probe in iGrill 2

I purchased the iGrill 2 last Summer and have only now had ample time and opportunity to delve into it. I use it with my 2008 Genesis E-310 and it works as well as expected and as advertised. The Bluetooth range is adequate for me and drops the connection only if I go beyond 30' from the grill. I wish Weber had included an ambient probe with this thermometer, however.

If I walk more than 15 feet away, the bluetooth connection is lost. I can stand in my kitchen, six feet away from the iGrill, separated by only a window and it won't retain a connection. How is this useful? Does everyone have their BBQ five feet away from where they are?

When the iGrill works, I really like the app and having the ability to sit inside and watch the temperatures. However, the iGrill only works when I am right next to the grill. I have a very limited range on the bluetooth. I have to turn off the iGrill to reconnect or I have to disconnect and remove batteries. The iGrill would be much better if you could walk around the house and get further away than 10 feet to use.

I am on my second iGrill, the iGrill 1125 and the iGrill 2, and the Bluetooth feature almost always disconnects and it's impossible to re-pair it to your iPad or iPhone. If you want to know the temperature of the meat and the internal temperature of the smoker or grill, if you go to the base unit at the smoker and check the temps, it's pretty accurate, however, if you want to see what temperature your at anywhere, even 50 feet away, it disconnects from the pairing. That's not why I bought it....

We just got a Webber grill (Original Kettle Charcoal Grill 22"), and we decided to get one of these to try it, and we LOVE it!! The only problem we have had with it so far is that the reading on the probe for the meat will be much higher than it shuld be, but I think it was because the meat was to thin.

I bought this on the weekend and was excited to do an Easter ham with ease on my new Master-Touch. Unfortunately I could barely make it into the house without the IGrill app losing connection so I found myself babysitting the grill.

When my iGrill2 stays connected, it works well. The problem is it drops the connection constantly. I'm sitting 20 feet from the transmitter, yet the iphone app constantly drops the connection. I've tried resetting the transmitter, re-paired the connection, restarted the phone,etc. no luck. Very frustrating is putting it mildly. I ruined a brisket because it dropped and never reconnected. I bought this so I wouldn't have to babysit my smoker. At this point, I'm ready to look for something else. Support is pretty much nonexistent.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
