Bought this item around 6 months ago, first it worked well but then stopped working. The thermometer is not giving accurate readings, the temperature jumps to extremely high, starts dropping and then the meter just shows "P1" in the display, then nothing. Then the meter restarts the loop by showing an high number and cycle starts again. Liked this product when it worked, I would not buy again knowing how long it lasted with the price paid.

I've owned this for about two years. It does work but if I lose sight of it, it drops the connection. It makes no sense to me to have a wireless thermometer that I can't walk away from. It works good so long as I stay close. The most frustrating part is that when it loses connection it stops updating the temperature nor does it reconnect when I get back to the grill. It's only when I notice the temperature hasn't changed do I know it has lost connection. I've overcooked one meal and came close two other times. It works great if you're hanging out around your grill and gives you the convenience of not having to get up to check the thermometer, but don't step away too far or step into the house. I can't trust the thermometer so it will be going in the garbage.

Bought this and the 3rd or 4th time using it went out to check on the grill and the probe covers were on fire. Weber said that they are not heat proof... but really? Both of them melted into my grill. Could have done without the cool color covers but Ever since then one of the probes don't work. Webber doesn't respond to my emails... Cool idea. Just wish would have lasted longer

I've tried a few different systems, but this one has worked out the best. Easy to use, simple graphics, and reliable! (I originally tried this when I had a BlackBerry* and it didn't work with BB. I later switched to iPhone and it worked very well). *Note to younger reviewers, this is not a produce reference

I bought this igrll2 2 years ago and the 1st time using it was great! The next 2 times on a Kamado grill it burned 4 pork shoulders (7lbs each) even though the temp probe in the grill was at 225-250F with the probe and the internal set to 195F-10hours later 1/2 of the meat was burned and dried out. I thought it was my kamado that was the problem, so I just bought a Traeger and set the temp to 225F! 3 pork shoulders (4,5,6lbs) and the probe only reached 194F after 12 hours so I removed! They meat was 1/2 it's original weight and dried up! Wasted once again obviously due to the probe readings! Very convenient with the WiFi however the accuracy, not good!

First 15 min it worked great. Easy linked to my phone. But then. . . it turned off. Turned it back on, and 5 seconds later, off again. Hopefully it's the batteries, unfortunately I don't have any to check it. Still sad can't even get once cooking session from the batteries that were included, if that's what it is.

I bought the igrill 2 less than 3 weeks ago. One probe is consistently 15 degrees below actual temp. Probes side by side and 15 degrees different. Check temp with hand held probe and temp matches only one of the probes. Love everything about it except a faulty probe.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
