Customer Reviews
This is a great size smoker! It is our first and I had a bit of difficulty getting it put together but my husband stepped in and got it set up with no problem. We were able to get a chicken cooked using some tips we found online. We foresee using it many weekends to come!
Not a bad smoker at all. Nice design, wasnt too difficult to put together, took about 40 min. Love the way the charcoal adds a great flavor to the meat. Would recomend.

My husband is the one that normally smokes the food. This smoker makes it easy for me to do and it is quick. Easy set up and quick. If you are busy with sports like me this is the perfect grill..
We were so excited to get this charcoal smoker! Putting it together was fairly easy, just as simple as following directions. My only complaint is that the door on the smoker was not flushed to the smoker itself, so we had to make some adjustments to get it to close properly. Beyond that, it's perfect! There are so many different variations of what and how you can cook on the smoker - you can use it as a grill, as a smoker, with charcoal, with wood chips, you can add apple cider to the water bowl for added flavor. We have cooked everything from burgers and steaks to brisket on this smoker and they've all had a very authentic, juicy flavor. Not to mention, it's rather large and has a neat, streamlined appearance and looks great on our patio! I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
This smoker is light and very easy to put together. I have a gas smoker also and this charcoal smoker definitely adds more flavor. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I received this smoker for free in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I was so excited to try it but left town right after I received it and then the busieness of the holidays kept putting me off. I wanted to be sure to give it my honest review & be able to enjoy it without rushing to get my review in, and I'm so glad I did. My husband assembled it. He said the assembly was fairly easy, though it did take a little longer than the box stated. We had a New Years Eve party at our house so we thought this would be the perfect day to use it for the first time. We put a rack of ribs on top and a Boston butt on the bottom. We smoked the both for 8 hours. Our guests were impressed! Living in the south our friends and us have high expectations for BBQ. We were shocked with how authentic this tasted, just like something we would order from our favorite hole in the wall BBQ joint. We are having another get together this weekend for a friends birthday and will be breaking this baby out!! I highly recommend for anyone that is on the hunt for a quality smoker!

Used it for the holidays. Made good meals. Easy to assemble. Can't wait try hickory in it and smoke some ribs this summer. Would recommend for young bachelors that want to impress a date.
It took a bit longer to set up than expected since the directions aren't very good. Not everything lined up correctly which was surprising, being a Cuisinart. Still, it did a great job on the fish I smoked. I'm not sure how much use this will get, as I'm a pescatarian, but I am looking forward to smoking some salmon and cheese...come springtime when there is no snow on the ground.
I am 100% a rookie smoker but wanted to start with a basic smoker to test the waters. All in all, I really like this smoker. I have a lot of learning to do so I am sure someone with more experience could get good use out of it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
