The family is happy with this. It's portable, heats up quickly and feels substantial, not flimsy. If I had one complaint it would be that after using it a couple of times, the inside top cover turned brown - perhaps stained or is damaged from heat? I would have hoped that a grill would prepare for something like this in their design. Aesthetics aside, it's great!

I bought this and have used it 4 times. Works great easy to setup. Only problem the starter button does not ignite, it starts to spark, but does not light the system. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

I had this for one month and the handle melted ,where the plastic screws into the lid. So, I have to use tongs to lift lid, as no more handle. After 2 months, the trigger to start stopped working and the hinges/ screws for the back hinges on the lid fell off. 4 months after purchase, it works if I light it manually and carefully place lid on and off.

Used the grill tonight for the fourth time. I find it cooks evenly, efficiently and with room to spare on the grill top. It works exactly as expected, very compact yet roomy with plenty of room for food.

I'm completely new to grilling, but this grill was easy to understand and use. I did have to keep an eye on everything while it was cooking because it seemed to get pretty hot fairly fast, but the food turned out great. It's also not difficult to clean. This piece is going to be my new car camping staple! Bonus: It takes up minimal space in storage, which is a plus since my apartment is the size of a shoe box.

This is a great little grill. Actually its not little at all, but still small enough to be portable but I could cooked 4 LARGE steaks on it with no problem. It leaves nice grill marks! We actually use this at home more than our big grill and we've also taken it tailgating as well. Nice and portable. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend!

The grill was so easy to use! It started quickly and could cook 4 large steaks at once! The grill was extremely easy to clean and lightweight making it extremely portable.

I'm super happy about this purchase! It's the perfect size for camping trips, tailgating and being on the go. It's made with great quality and I have enjoyed the burgers I have made with the grill. From someone who doesn't do much grilling, I will definitely be doing a lot more of it now.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
