It worked when I put it in and then when we had people over for a grill out it did not work Not happy. Was on line with customer service over an hour. No reply by phone.

I bought anew grill in December 2019. Five month later the regulator stopped working. I now find out that the quality control by Weber for these regulators is non existent. I have tried to obtain a new part by calling customer service at least 10 times and e-mailed twice. Weber does not care at all about building a good product and they care even less about customer service.

I think the combo of this and the burner tubes made the yellow flame and sooting go away. I wish I had done this sooner

I bought this same part a year ago and when I went to use my grill from over the winter, the part sprung a leak which propane was freely blown in my face. Great grill, not happy with this part.

DIDN'T REALIZE THAT PRESSURE REGULATORS WERE SUSEPTIBLE TO FAILURE

I paid many hundreds of dollars more to purchase a grill that would last many years. But the regulator failed again so I'll just replace with an off brand part since I'll only have to replace soon again anyway. Why put cheap parts in these expensive grills? It stops me from purchasing this brand again.

Based on the spec info here on Weber's site, I ordered this replacement hose and regulator kit for my Summit 600-series grill. After installing we could only get one burner to light and the flame was very weak. Thinking there must have been something else wrong, we had a grill repair person come have a look. He confirmed this is too small for the Summit, replaced it with the correct part with a larger hose and the grill fired right up. Very disappointed in the poor advice from Weber.

There is simply no way to describe the satisfaction of coming home and turning on your Weber Grill, I can fire up and have a hamburger or sausage or a steak ready in less than 15 minutes or make a pizza or even just French fries it's totally endless of what I can cook quickly efficiently and flavorful . Thank you Weber .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
