This was a great purchase. It is very quiet, looks sharp, & works well in our outdoor kitchen. More reliable brand than Summit according to locals in the business. Wire shelves do not bother me and are sturdy. Keeping the door shut hasn't been an issue for us at all; wondering if some others are placing it in a gravity-unfavorable position.

I purchased this refrigerator over a year ago. This is one solid appliance! I love the custom digital temperature control. It ensures every beverage is the temperature I prefer. The LED lighting works well when my guests search for their beverage of choice. Ordering was a breeze and customer service is top notch. If you're looking for a reliable outdoor fridge...the search is over!!

I love the frig but wish the door would stay closed easier. It requires that you hold the door closed instead of just closing it and moving on.

The compressor broke just as the manufacturer warranty ended and have been getting the run around from the extended warranty company.

Do not buy this product! Just over one year old, door doesn't close and rust appears inside door and on vent. Piece of junk for what we paid. Inferior product. Maybe it wa in a flood just not sure. Will see if they stand behind their product. Had high ratings that do not match u to our experience.

HI Karen. The interior light on the Coyote refrigerator has an internal switch that will turn the light off when the door is closed.

Asked by Marc | Answered by MarcBe glad to. I don't know the answer to this question. I can tell you my refrigerator was purchased April of 2019 and looks day one. I use Stainless Steel spray on the exterior and if needed Bar Keeper's Friend for heavier soiling and extra protection. Hope this helps.

The temperature control in this refrigerator has an "Off" position that will stop the cooling cycle, but the refrigerator will still have power. If you want to completely shut off power, you'll need to unplug it from its outlet. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
