we installed this as part of our Pool building. It worked great up until two years. The warrant is only for one year. when reached out to the manufacturer, recommended to reach out to the pool builder. The service tech came and checked and tried to reset still and recommend replacement response. Receipt from the manufacturer these refrigerators are finicky and from the pool builder was these cannot generally be fixed/repaired. these refrigerators over two grand with installation. Not worth the money.

My Bull outdoor lasted a little over 4 years then stopped cooling. I called a service tech who diagnosed a failed compressor. This is what he said: I find it so odd for such an expensive refrigerator they don't have typical replacement parts. I feel like for whatever reason they designed that refrigerator to be throwaway but sold it a premium price to make it seem high-end. I believe from my conversation with Celeste that they had no information for a replacement compressor.

This has stopped cooling after a couple of years of use. I contacted their customer service and they said I need to buy a replacement unit. This is unacceptable for such an expensive refrigerator. I hired a technician and he was surprised by how poorly made this refrigerator is and specially considering the cost. It uses cheap components not made for outdoor and there are no replacement parts available so it can't even be repaired. Unfortunately this is going to the trash. Such a waste of money!

Worked great for 4 years, but now the compressor is seized. Digital LED stopped working after 1st year, ends of handles bubbled like they were chrome, the door light button often didn't work, and the door warped and didn't close properly. Paid extra expecting quality and to match the Bull grill and cabinets. Not worth it,

South Florida summer heat and humidity do not faze my Bull fridge. I have come to think that I would never have a reliable refrigerator in our outdoor kitchen. Bull has one that is standing the test of time and is in a very tough environment.

Only used it for 1.5 years and it stopped cooling. Was told it needed butane Freon refill but nobody anywhere around me including the one guy that Bull recommends to repair is licensed to do that. Fridge purchased just 2 years ago and cannot be repaired.

The fridge cools well, and the insulation is good because the compressor actually shuts off often. Space is great inside and I love the adjustable shelves. The DEAL BREAKER for me is that all exterior surfaces have become covered in small rust spots in less than 2 months. I bought this product 6/27/2020, it arrived 7/3/2020, and now as of 8/24/2020 there is rust everywhere. This fridge is not directly exposed to the elements. It sits under a covered patio on my pool deck, closest to the sliding glass doors. There is a trash can and a grill between the fridge and where the patio ends, so it is well protected. The rust spots are so small and spread out evenly across the surface that it appears to be from moisture in the air, not even from direct water droplets (rain, splashing, etc.). This is unacceptable for an outdoor fridge.

The whole buying and shopping process was seamless from BBQ guys. Very fast shipping and communication. This fridge has so far kept drinks very cold. I put hot sodas in both this fridge and an old one in the garage at the same time. This fridge got the drinks cold faster than the other fridge by about an hour. Very quiet and looks great built in.

The best refrigerator on the market and it keeps things really cold. Only one on the market with spring closure. Important for outside use and the life of the refrigerator.
