| Outstanding product & customer service!I purchased a Weber grill for my husband for Christmas, along with the cart & cover. We placed it on our balcony which happens to be on the 26th floor. The hubs thought he had it well secured but the wind was unusually strong 2 days later. When we woke up in the morning, the cover was nowhere to be found. I immediately ordered another one but apparently I ordered a larger size than the first one. We decided to keep it anyway. When I was asked to give a review about our products I asked if the size of the covers had changed. This is when I found out it was my mistake. Customer service contacted me and offered to replace the original cover at no cost, and told me to keep the second one too. They went above and beyond what we expected.
