We have enjoyed numerous Weber products throughout the years. We received our brand-new grill in damaged condition with one of the burners inoperable. After communicating with customer service (which is outsourced), they didn't acknowledge our concerns and sent out 1 of 2 parts to fix the damage, claiming the other part is still on back order. We feel that if you pay good money for a grill with an excellent reputation, you should receive the product in pristine working condition. Very disappointing.

I have owned this grill for about a year and the outside of it is cheap and rust. I have already had to replace parts . The quality is not good!

I mainly bought this for more a term I've coined "grill-estate©️" (more grilling grate space for when we entertain more than just my family of 4. It works great for burgers, chicken, grilled veggie sides etc. Haven't done a low-n-slow cook like ribs yet. That's reserved for my Weber 22" kettle w/Spider Venom. I also have Weber-Q for smaller cooks/travel & convenience. ALL are great products. However, I'd like to give Weber a 5+ star on this but I can't. I had to pay almost $200 more (compared to Spirit II) for features I didn't want and two I wanted. I wanted searing station and to not see my propane tank. I didn't want a side burner and tables that don't fold down.

I have no complaints and all praise for this grill. I've made steaks, chicken thighs, burgers, veggies, hotdogs in my first few weeks with no issues. The large griddle insert definitely makes it that much more useful. It's sturdy and heats up quick with the sear burner.

Since first igniting the grill we have enjoy ease of use and quick grilling temperatures to grill perfect steaks, pork loin & pizza! Go for it … it's worth it!

This is a amazing grill ,i love there are no hot spots like the cheaper grills out there .it cooks amazing with out burnig up you food. I would recommend this grill to anyone that love to cook outdoors

The flavor bars are rusted thru after 18 months. I called to use the warrenty to replace these rusted disgusting bars and was sent a steel brush to further remove the baked on enamel left on the flavour bars. Of course,matters worsened. Perhaps brass is a better brush option. Aside fron that you are required to hold a 20 lb LP tank in the air under the grill and place on the gas tank on tbe weigh device to show if its empty or full. RIDICULOUS! Perhaps a pull out drawer to facilitate loading and unloading. Saved a long time to purchase what I consider a poorly designed stamped out product.

Well, I've been a Weber fan for years. My last one lasted over 12 years, I rough conditions in working replaced twice. Finally died and so glad it did. This new model is amazing. Makes cooking every thing from beef to zucchini a dream. Love how this grill is built and works. Bought it due to so many great reviews. All well deserved.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
