The Trade-Wind Stainless Steel Barbecue Grill Hood features three speed control of the two internal blowers that deliver up to 2300 CFM. The hood is made of heavy duty, 22-gauge 304-grade stainless steel for long life in outdoor kitchens. Variable halogen lighting illuminates the cooking surface allowing for better visibility at night, bulbs are included, while a generous 32-inch depth will cover the grilling surface. For ease of maintenance, the stainless steel baffle grease filters are dishwasher safe. This hood has two 10-inch discharge collars and requires 10-inch duct-work that is convertible for top and rear discharge.

Great question! There are knobs on the filters to help with removing them. If you use the knobs to pull the filters toward the front of the liner while pulling the backside downward, they should come out. Wearing rubber gloves could help with removing the filters, that way your hands are protected, and you'll have a better grip. You can clean the filters with either hot water and a mild detergent or by putting them in the dishwasher. Be sure to rinse and completely dry the filters with a soft lint-free cloth before you use them, and always wipe with the grain. Wiping with the grain will ensure any microscopic particles of grease or dust that were stuck are removed. If you use a stainless steel cleaner, follow the cleaner manufacturer's instructions, and make sure the cleaner does not contain any chlorine compounds. Chlorine will cause corrosion on stainless steel.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
