After my review expressing disappointment in the cleaning of our Q1200, customer service reached out and asked "Did you know" we have a brush specially made for this grill and a cleaner to spray on the grill? FYI i they work great! My grill is easily cleaned now!

This is the best little grill I've ever owned. Very well built, perfect size for one or two people. And it's completely portable. Since it's cast iron, it's not cheaply made and cleans up easy. The throw away drip pans are genius!

Compact but not very powerful. I was looking for a grill to replace my genisis and have had good lluck with Weber products in the past. I wanted something that I cold easily store veritically and then pop open for a quick grilling. This came highly recommended by a friend, but I am so far disappointed with the heat. It takes forever to heat up to 350 degrees and once you open the lid you that heat up time restarts and is much slower once food is on the grill. I cannot keep the grill hot. I am super disappointed and would not recommend. You cannot cook with the lid open as there is little to no heat for searing.

I really love this little grill! I'm single and it's great for small meals. I like the way it preheats, and the grates are easy to clean. My only complaint is that I can't get it to maintain a medium temperature (350 degrees) with the lid closed. I reduced the gas flow to the grill and turned the temperature to low, but it still creeps up to 400 which is too hot for barbecued chicken or anything that takes longer to cook. I have to keep a close eye and lift the lid to cool it off. Other than that, it's pretty much perfect!

My Weber came with a little broken part. They were wonderful and sent a replacement part quickly. I am a very happy Weber Griller.

It's a great little portable grill. But don't let the size fool you, you can easily cook 4 to 6 ribeye steaks at once. The temperature gauge is easily to control and you can really get some high heat to get some good sear on those steaks. A downside is it is heavy, but it is heavy duty and will retain heat very well. The push button start is a one push start. Temperature control with the turn of a knob makes temperature changes quick and easy. The crates are also heavy duty I will leave a great cooking work on your food. The only downside is that you don't have dual burner control, meaning you can't indirectly cook. Save up the extra money because you will want the extra attachments such as a stand or the flat grill.

When on low temp is around 400. Can't cook low and slow. Good for steaks but not ribs.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
