This little grill packs a punch. I've found that the heat level needs to be lower than you would think, but it cooks great! I'm using it at home and for tailgating. Only issue is putting the travel gas can on. You have to make sure it's lines up just right. Why did they make it so difficult?

I owned a full size Weber grill for 25+ years. Great grill. I scaled down to the smaller Weber Q 1200 since I didn't need a large grill anymore. The Q 1200 cooks food evenly over the entire cooking surface, just like the large Weber. And there is plenty of surface area to grill a lot of food. The smaller Weber is terrific on fuel consumption. I expect the Q 1200 to last and perform just as well as the large Weber grill.

I can't get it to light. I didn't realize I needed a connection kit. That wasn't mentioned on the packaging anywhere. The one I bought fits, but is not a Weber. I can't even get it to light manually. I will not buy a Weber grill again. When I get home from vacation, I will see what I have to do to get it to work.

We love our new balcony grill from Weber! We recently downsized to an apartment and are so thrilled to be able to continue our outdoor living activities. The Weber quality is something we cannot compromise on. Our expectations have been exceeded once again.

Works great with little propane bottle if you can get it threaded. hard to install. having trouble with adaptor hose and 5 gal propane bottle. When I use it the regulator dosent want to let gas through and the flame adjuster shuts off. Even on full it is really low flame and then if you move it to lower setting it goes off. Is it the hose or the regulator?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
