Bought it for my balcony and it's the best thing ever! The grills are easy to remove and clean, heats up nicely and the food comes out great!

Wow, what a fantastic 5-year warranty I have on my barbecue... said no one ever. The sticker on the grill says 5 years, but surprise! The gas regulator, which apparently is the part that decides whether my grill works or not, only has a 2-year warranty hidden in the fine print. When I called for support, the agent kindly offered to sell me a new regulator for $80. Because, you know, I'm made of money. But hey, being the thrifty customer I am, I did some research and found the exact same regulator on Amazon for $30. Score! So, I asked for a price match, and the agent graciously gave me a 20% discount. I mean, who doesn't love saving $10? But the cherry on top was when she warned me against buying "substandard" regulators from Amazon... the same product that has a 4.8-star rating and has been purchased by over a thousand happy customers. I think it's safe to say who's selling the substandard product here. Weber, you might want to work on your warranty game and customer service skills. 1 star from me, that's being generous. Sorry, 1.2 stars with 20% extra to make it fair and square. Cheers!

Love my new grill! It's so easy to light and clean. Also it's so convenient having it right on the porch, I've used it more often than any other grill I've owned.

I love my Q1200 grill. It grills quickly. The size is just right for the two of us. I have it connected to a small 5 lb propane tank.

Great barbecue I like the design of it and quality.Also they make lots of accessories and spare parts if needed which is a bonus for traveling and longevity.They come in different colours too I got the orange one.

It's a nice little grill. The valve for low doesn't go low enough for some stuff. I act as if I'm turning it off and you can get it to do what you need. If I had to buy again, I'd of got the bigger portable one that comes with legs and a rolling cart. After buying the stand with wheels so you don't have to grill on your knees, you will be more money in than if you just got the next step up! And the next step up gets you doubled on cooking surface size.

Have used Weber BBQ's most of my life. Always dependable and well built. Bought a smaller table top version 2 1/2 yrs ago. Noticed an issue with the regulator a month back resulting in low heat, then none at all. Had worked great till then. Got in touch with Weber in the US (I'm in Canada) and without any hesitation sent me a replacement regulator which arrived within days. Not only first rate service but it's a pleasure to deal with a company who stand behind their product. Many thx!!!

This Q 1200 grill is a nice upgrade from the Weber BabyQ grill we previously owned. The thermometer is nice and this grill heats up quick. We like the portability of the 1200 and we often pack it along on our camping trips.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
