Great size, great quality, easy to start. Had owned a Weber Q grill previously, but replaced it with a lesser brand (don't ask!), and that grill gave out early in its lifespan. I went back to Weber, to find the Q1200 to be just as good, if not better, than I remember!

Wonderful grill especially for individuals or small families. Love being able to remove and clean the grill pieces indoors. Also you can take it with you on camping trips and other outdoor events.

I previously had a large Weber grill for a good 30+ years! The length of time is review enough for the tremendous quality Weber maintains! Now, with a smaller amount of people around I needed a smaller one. This grill is adorable. it was so easy to put together and clean. It's a charm and I am once again grilling good steaks, corn, zucchinis and peppers as if it was a big grill. It is not too small nor too big for my needs. If you want quality you will never go wrong with Weber. I am a fan of quality!!!!

For a family or party of up to four people, this is the perfect grill. It's well-designed, portable, starts up immediately and provides excellent temperature control. In addition, the heat from the flames is evenly distributed, especially with the enamel coated two-part grill. These are readily cleaned with a stainless steel pad and a run through the dishwasher. The ease of cleaning the inside of the grill is appreciated, along with the replacement catch tray for fat, oil, etc. I feel that for the price, this well made grill is just about perfect.

I recently bought a Weber Q1200 and loved it. However the regulator stopped working so quickly compared to any of my other precious grills where it was never a proble. Getting a replacement part has been like pulling teeth. They put an order in and when you check fedex tracking it just doesn't move. I emailed them multiple times to ask them to look into it and they just said to wait. Then after 2 weeks I emailed them again and they said they put in another order and now I have to wait another 2 weeks and the fedex tracking still says the same thing it did last time: "Your order hasn't been picked up yet". Really disappointing.

The Weber Q 1200 Gas Grill is great for a small gathering. I find it gets hot very quickly and works well.

I am very happy with my grill, however, ran into a problem with the regulator valve which malfunctioned after 3 months. Customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement which I have now installed and the grill is working fine. Now I will see if that continues with the new valve and hopefully won't have any further problems.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
