This is the second time that the part needed to be replaced - we got it done but wish it were a more durable component. We do like & use the grill a lot. Our old model had a stainless table & was no longer available - this pebbled black surface is starting to go- It is a great grill & meets our needs. Thank you.

Easy to install,straight forward instructions. To avoid having to replace cleaning system make sure to clean inside of grill often to avoid uneven buildup

Ive been using Weber grills since 1981, because they are the best for controlling heat, even when used for smoking for hours on end. Just recently discovered that their Customer support is also top notch when they reached out to me to resolve a problem I had. After 20 years of barbecuing on my 22" charcoal kettle, I decided to replace the old one and am now enjoying a much nicer version

Worked great, took about 15 minutes, 13 of which was getting the old one off which was rusted on after 15 years.

I just received and replaced my kettle cleaning system using this kit , it was simple and clean. Great simple design. My kettle will keep running as a new engine for many years to come!!!

This is my 3rd system for my 2005 performer, it does take 2 to install. The kettle was completely cleaned. You have to have someone hold the blades from the top and than required a mallet to get it through the holes on the bottom.

Replacement part for my older Performance Weber Kettle. Initially came with duplicate wiper, missing the C part, 2 Bs. Customer service quickly sent me a new kit, so all is good now. Thanks. only rated 4 stars, as quality control could be improved as the original shipment had wrong mix of parts.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
