The L30AG-LP propane gas grill features a multi-layer All-Clad aluminum griddle cooktop sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel for even heat distribution. Unique and versatile, this grill will inspire creations from stacks of buttermilk pancakes to sizzling fajitas and grilled chorizo sausage over the 495 square inch cooking area. Underneath the cooking surface, two 23,000 BTU Lynx Trident adjustable infrared burners allow you to cook over two independent cooking zones. Warranty
The stainless steel body housings and the ProSear burners are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The structural integrity of the interior grill parts, exterior, and drip pans are warrantied for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All other grill components are warrantied for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Labor not included.

Please read my December 2022 review first as this is an update. After two years of trying, Lynx has been unable to get the griddle to reach the advertised temperatures and the griddle cannot maintain temperature with food on it. They have sent at least four technicians to look at it and replaced it once. They required me to hire a licensed plumber and write them a letter verifying the gas connection matched their installation instructions even though their own technician made a specific visit to verify the gas connection prior to the plumber. The plumber cost me over $800 and they have not agreed to reimburse me despite numerous requests. Lynx takes extremely long in between communications. They have not agreed to replace the unit or refund my money. This griddle and company are not worth your money. I posted a similar review on their website and they removed it promptly.

Terribly disappointed with this VERY expensive product. This griddle has a very difficult time cooking bacon when set to high. The top third of the griddle is hot. The rest of the griddle takes 15 minutes to cook an egg…over easy. This was a terrible waste of money. I wish we read the reviews prior to buying. I wouldn't recommend this product to people I disliked.

I wish I would've read the previous reviews on this product before I purchased. Terrible issues with heat temperature. I can't get the griddle past 300 degrees. Lynx sent a technician and it didn't change anything. I tried to return the product and Lynx denied my request. Terrible service.

I had this propane Lynx Asado griddle installed in an outdoor kitchen in the summer of 2022. From day one, it would only get up to 200-250 degrees F. Lynx sent three service technicians to troubleshoot it and they could not fix it. The last technician relocated the temperature sensors further away from the underside of the griddle to trick the computer into keeping the burners on longer. This helped, but didn't fix the problem. They recently replaced the original with a new unit and I'm back to the beginning. The new one barely heats over 200 degrees F and doesn't get close to the advertised 450 degree F. This is a poor design that simply does not work. Save yourself the frustration and don't buy this product.

Hi. As long as there is nothing combustible within 12-inches below the griddle on the sides or back, then no insulated jacket is necessary. Lynx also limits above countertop clearances to combustibles as 18-inches from sides or back

Asked by Robin | Answered by RobinYes it does have two small removable drip pans . The best way to clean is shortly after use and still hot, pour some water which will help get rid of the grease . Than take some vinegar and add few drops of dish washing liquid and scrape with a stainless steel pad . After that wash it with water.
Asked by Robin | Answered by RobinHi, Eric. This grill must be installed in an outdoor kitchen. The amount of carbon monoxide that outdoor grills produce would be unsafe indoors, even with a vent hood.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
