First time I used the dutch oven was to make stew. Heated the pan and put in oil. The floured meat stuck to the pan and caused some type of corrosion that I could not get off. Still trying to figure out what to use on it. Am skeptical about using the rest of the pans until I can figure out how to clean them. They came highly recommended by a friend but I am still using my old pans.

Used about 10 times for both chicken and beef. Good sear and even cooking. Clean up easy.

I am still learning to use the fry pan. When using it on my particular electric range, learning how high or low to adjust the temperature seems very important. With one exception where the food stuck to the pan, I have been very pleased. It holds the heat nicely after the heat is off.

This is a beautiful pan. It is an addition to my full set of stainless All-Clad. I am not fond of nonstick coatings, but yours seems to be less "unhealthy" than most. It really is lovely to use and meets all my expectations. Since I don't use this pan regularly I bought the less expensive aluminum version. Aluminum is not my choice for healthy cooking, but the aluminum in this doesn't touch the food so I went with it. I have had All-clad for 15 years or so. It is beautiful, quality cookware. I recommend it all the time!

I am not happy with the products. The pans are heavy and hard to clean. The food sticks to the pans even when cooking on low heat.

i have been using non stick skillets for frying and recently noticed the coating was wearing away. It concerns me that I am eating this coating, so I have replaced my pans with stainless steel. I love the quality of all-clad. I think I have bought my last skilled

We love this copper-core line of all-clad products. The only complaint I have is the washing around the handle rivets.

I am not a cook. I can read, and follow directions - although I'm sure that most of what I do is not what the originator of the recipe had in mind. This pan erases many of my mistakes. It heats up uniformly and quickly. With the right amount of cooking oil it performs exactly the way the recipe says it should. I had to buy this pan to replace one I totally ruined back in January. I don't think I have the skill to ruin this pan. I will use it and care for it as directed and I'm sure we'll get along splendidly. Now I'm thinking about getting the larger pan - some of the recipes as for more space.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
