Not a complex product but gets the job done. It's heavy duty and feels well made and full stainless so it shouldn't rust or distort any flavors.

I used this a few times to grill a chicken on our gas grill. I did have to take off the top tray of the grill to get it to fit, but it worked really well. I filled the center cylinder with extra marinade and put vegetables in the tray. The chicken and veggies got a beautiful char and had tons of flavor! It's really important that you use this with "indirect heat" and not direct otherwise I think it will warp. It's a really nice shiny silver when you start but after a few uses, the fire will burnish it, it's still clean! That's just a natural finish.

The All-Clad Outdoor Stainless Chicken Roaster is an essential tool in the grilling arsenal! With its built in cup you can pour beer or your favorite liquid seasonings directly into the cup without leaving the aluminum can in it like other roasters. My husband and I roasted a whole chicken this evening. We loved that the roaster is dishwasher safe so we were able to stick it right in the dishwasher with our dinner dishes. The perforations in the base of this roaster made it ideal to put in our smoker. The tray is large enough to accommodate veggies or chicken drumsticks. You have to buy it...this was the juiciest chicken either one of us have ever had!!! You won't be sorry!!!

Not many folks have a sentimental attachment to cookware.But I do. It's the best workhorse in the kitchen and if you take care of it, it will take care of you for more than your lifetime.

I heard about All Clad and wanted to start small to see if they are worth they $$ and YES they are!! I am so happy with my purchase. I have added more pieces since my first purchase and looking forward to continue to build my collection. They are a pleasure to cook with and a snap to clean, they are basically ME proof!

This is the first frying that I have really appreciated. It heats so evenly that when you cook bacon it is crisp from end to end. Love it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
