Awesome product, used mine for the first time. Regulator and ignition system is terrible. Got mine set up, could not get full flame. Assumed the regulator, hose or burner manifold was bad. I drove 40 miles one way to exchange it, got it back, same thing. I then assumed maybe something wrong with propane valve. So, I exchanged propane bottles, got home, same thing. I changed the hose/regulator assembly with an adjustable regulator/hose off of my fish fryer, shazam! Worked great after that. If you buy get an adjustable regulator, the one sent is not adequate. The striker system has a lot to be desired as well, not a big enough spark to insure quick ignition or propane.

Will the griddle 4 legs fold flat without removed them to put it away at the back of my Honda cargo space 36"W X 48" L for sideway stand or flat down. Also need 2 persons to lift it up ?

Love the space on this monster! I have the Blackstone 28" for everyday cooking, but get the 36" out when the extra space is necessary. Blackstone makes quality, well built products.

This is one of the best investments we've ever made!!!! We camp every weekend during the summer and there are days that we've fed 20 people from this griddle! This picture is after we've finished cooking bacon and have added hashbrowns and sausage. After that cooked, we cooked pancakes. We all love it!!!!

I have had my Griddle for over one year now. It is truely amazing. I have had issue with the igniter not working. Blackstone service was awesome and promptly replaced with a new one. However that one is not working either. Even with this small issue my love for this Griddle hasn't changed. A quick strike of a lighter and I'm off cooking. Only if there was a 48" version.

Love my Blackstone griddle. I've had it for about 6 weeks now and used it a 1/2 a dozen times, so now it has a nice coating to it. You actually cut your cooking time in half because you can cook everything at one time. No stage cooking. Clean up is a breeze too once you get sequence down. I bought a cover for it and since it's only weather proof and not rain proof I use a 1/2 water-filled gallon milk bottle and set it in the middle of the griddle before putting the cover on to create a peak for any water to easily run off. A product suggestion though regarding the cover. The sewn-in straps are arrange so the short end is in the back of the grill. Would be nice if they reversed it and put it in the front (where the blackstone embroidery is), so you don't have to maneuver my way to the back to clasp. I prefer not to turn the cover around, so I can proudly show the blackstone logo up front!!!.. Love the grill. Very impressed with it. Shortens cook and clean up time. Great flavor is now starting to come out of the well seasoned top.

Griddle is great. Grease trough doesn't drain if it is level. Put boards under wheels to make the grease run to the can. But when it goes into the hole, it rides back the trough. Poor design. Other than that, absolutely love it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
