Really have enjoyed using the 36" griddle that I bought last year. So far it has handled a full menu for every meal time! It was easy to season and it's very accommodating with its large cooking area and 4 burners for precise temperature control. Love it so much that we also bought the 17" griddle to take with us in the RV. Most definitely will continue to recommend the Blackstone line to all I can.

Absolutely love my 36" Griddle. You can cook a lot of different foods and make everything come off at the same time. No more waiting on something to get done while all the rest is.

So far, I love my griddle! Did a proper seasoning of course. Putting it together was straightforward. I, with sore back and bad left knee :-), did it by myself, but 2 people would be easier. I do have one major gripe though, that is the drip channel. A lot of time, the grease or liquid would drip into outside the catch can, making a lot of mess. Blackstone needs to address this as soon as possible. I can be something as simple as bent down the drip tab at the end of the channel. My one other suggestion is make the griddle top's height adjustable. Why? Cause it would make for a great stir fry since that needs high heat. A lot of my friends and family members are jealous of my griddle :-)

I love it , I will never buy any other kind. I do have a problem with the igniter , I just use a long match. I also had a problem with the grease running down the leg , fixed that with JB Weld SteelStik. Other than that it's perfect!

This was an excellent purchase. I cook on this all the time, The possibilities are Endless, philly cheese steaks, steak tacos, breakfast , pork fried rice.. etc. you will love this product!!!!. I haven't cooked on the stove since. Also have the blackstone pizza oven.. another awesome product.

We love our griddle. I thought I would purchase it and just use it for breakfast but after i cooked a Rib Eye and it came out perfect I was thrilled. Steaks come out perfect every time.

as a professional chef i love using a "flat top" (as we call them) at home. plenty of room, well built, easy to clean/maintain, heats up fast and does an all around great job. couldn't give it 5 stars due to the grease management.....i'd like to see a deeper trough and the drip can be messy at times. a 1/2'' tube welded to the bottom would solve this issue. love the portability and sturdiness of this unit..........first impressions are this is a hit!

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
