I bought this for myself after reading the reviews. WOW... I am having a ton of fun cooking on this griddle. I loved to cook on the grill prior but really loving the flat surface and the different temperatures to cook various foods. What a noticeable difference. I have only had this unit for two months and have done steaks, breakfast, shrimp, burgers, sausage and along with other foods. I talked to a friend of mine about the griddle and the fun. He to loves to cook and was also looking at getting one. Well my wife and I felt why not get this for a house warming gift since he is moving. Man he was so pumped to get this as a gift!!!! Looking forward to doing a ton more cooking off this AWESOME Griddle.

I got the 36" griddle as a gift. It is well built, great layout and super functional. It is limitless on what you can cook on this thing. I used to work in the restaurant business and had forgotten how much I missed cooking on a flat top. Options are limitless. Visit the Blackstone site for recipe ideas and techniques. You won't regret it!!

My in laws bought one and I seasoned it for them and have nothing but rave reviews on this product. They love it so much they bought 7 more to give for Christmas presents. I cheated and have used mine early and have cooked everything imaginable and have not been disappointed once!

This griddle will make you feel like a professional! The fun part is trying different things to cook on it. My 3 brothers, sister and Dad all have one now. We share our ideas and that is an additional experience. You have to own one to understand.

Yo!! Don't wait to purchase this product. I'm a hard core wood and charcoal guy, but this 36 inch griddle has its place.. Steak and cheese, tailgating breakfast, stir fry and lots more. I've owned this unit for over a year and it's amazing!!!

I bought this grill a year ago, I have a catering business and i needed a flat griddle to make Asian Inspired rice bowls at a farmers market. I did not have the funds to buy a way more costly commercial griddle. I was amazed at how great my Blackstone worked, how fast the high quality steel griddle seasoned. I thought my Blackstone griddle would only be a temporary solution for my foodservice needs. It totally wasn't , but i have to say I did need to buy another griddle , when i saw Blackstone came out with a stainless steel version I bought two of them, thank you Blackstone for making a great product ,,,,,,,,Chef Stan

This thing is absolutely incredible!!! If it's not raining the 36" Blackstone is hot and cooking. And customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. Sent an email at 7:45 EST and everything was resolved by 5:30. Less than 12 hours from initial contact to resolution.

The griddle is great but after I seasoned it the griddle cooled and it had warped very bad. When I used it again the warp came out as it heated up. Any suggestions.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
