this is the 3rd one of these i have purchased. given 2 away as presents and the people love them. have bought a 28" and a 22" tabletop units and given them away as well. everyone enjoys them greatly.

Excellent quality, excellent cooking. I love everything about this product. Great manufacturing. My 3 star review is for Blackstone themselves as a company, for thinking that putting a giant 2 foot sticker on one of the side tables was a good idea. I have spent the last half hour trying to get the remaining sticker and glue off of the table. Next time a piece of paper and a few small pieces of tape will work just fine. But overall, absolute banger of a product. I love it.

Griddle is awesome. Cooks well and gets nice and hot. Definitely need the wind guards in my opinion for my location at least. Did have some dings and marks on it when it showed up. That is unfortunate.

I am trying to season my new Blackstone, with a new bottle of propane and I can barely get the center to 350! it is 62 outside.

Assembly was easy, had one problem with a knob and I contacted them with a phone call and they had the new one to me within 7 days. I have used it three times so far and it is great for everything from breakfast to a late night snack. Make sure you season it like it says before use and I bet you will love it to.

I got the box in four days which is excellent. I was worried about shipping damage but the packaging is done very well. I thought it would take a few hours to build but I completely assembled in 30 min. Unless you are young and very strong, I suggest you have someone help you. Seasoning took some time but was simple. My first cook was great. Strange to say but I think the food tastes better than cooking inside. And it really is cool cooking with this much space. Griddle is very well built. I really love this thing. One thing is you really need to take care of it and clean it after every cook. This is a must have.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
