This side burner is excellent and had great BTU/heat rating. It has a lot of output and heats up fast. I did not give 5 star based on the physical design of the product. Once installed, the actual burner sets pretty deep into our countertop. This probably has a little to do with the design of our counter top as well. I just would prefer if the burner would sit closer to the front edge as I have to reach in pretty far to stir and flip food, etc. Not a deal breaker though.
Great burner at a good price.Well made and drops right in the counter. Propane hose was a lil shorter then I needed and had to be replaced.very happy with this burner.
Great outdoor burner for when I'm steaming shrimp or frying up some sausage and eggs for breakfast. Eliminates odors and a mess in the indoor kitchen.

Hi, Mikel. The Blaze Drop In Side Burner is not designed to sit flush with the countertop. It needs the countertop for support.

Hi. Insulated jackets are not available for the Blaze Drop-In burner. Therefore, this side burner cannot be installed into combustible framing.

It's not required, but I recommend it. The grill slides in/out easier for cleaning and maintenance The concrete should be able to withstand the heat, make sure there is no wooden framing underneath.

My county inspector did not require an insulated jacket for the single burner, just fire the grill. Jeff

Great question! You should be able to install this above drawers or a trash bin. Just be sure to have an access door close enough for you to access your gas lines.

Eric, the Blaze Single Side Burner can boil small pots of water for cooking vegetables or smaller side dishes, but if you want to use bigger pots for larger amounts of water for boiling shrimp or crawfish, for example, you would need the power burner.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
