My husband and I have always been avid grillers and big Weber fans. We bought a lake plzce with a 2 burner built in. We searched quite a bit and found BBQ Guys.com.and found this 3 burner Blaze grill based on the fit we needed. My husband spent alot of time speaking to the BBQ guys customer service because he was convinced he wanted a Weber. After many discussions, my husband was told this grill would be the best choice in the long run. We have been using it at least 5 days a week and we love it. For the first time in a long time, I dont have to worry about a three alarm fire because of the grill tamers. Our chiken is now evenly grilled and perfect. The only issue is that even when we cover the grill, sometimes the igniters get wet and they will not fire so we have to use the manual starter. Overall, this is a great grill.

i did a lot of research to find a gas grill that was the next step up from my Weber that, after several overhauls and 10 yrs, began having flare up issues. So i figured it was time to step it up....did the research and bought the Blaze 25" freestanding grill only to have very bad flare ups and very very uneven heat. I even had a flare up while seasoning the grate with the paper towel wad soaked in oil. BBQ GUYS were EXCLLENT in helping me with this issue but this is NOT a good grill

I had very limited space for my outdoor kitchen on our new house so my options were limited. I knew I wanted quality as I has a DCS grill for 15+ years at our old house. I was being pushed towards the AOG grills but liked the quality of the Blaze much better, particularly the lifetime warranty. My builder commented that the quality of this grill and the Blaze 32 doors were the nicest he installed. We've had the grill installed about 4-5 months and used it about 25 times and I don't have any complaints. It does get very hot so I did overcook the first few things I grilled but now that I'm used to it, everything cooks great. I did consider the 27" professional Blaze for the decorative lights, rotisserie and "wider" grates but don't regret getting this 25" grill a bit. I did get the 32" rotisserie kit with it and had a local machine shop cut it to size. I really recommend this grill for anyone looking for a great value "smaller" grill.

Came super fast, easy to put together with my husband and myself. Fired up the first time. Like it better than our Fire Magic we had two for past twenty years. Steaks came out to perfection.

Questions & Answers
Hello. Blaze grills are made in China.

Asked by PC | Answered by foyharrisonI own a Blaze grill and there is absolutely no id on the grill where/when it was manufactured. Rick Prenoveau
Asked by PC | Answered by rickHi R, it's not really possible to give an exact answer to that question, as a variety of factors, such as wind and environment, can effect the temperature of any grill. The surface of this grill provides 42,000 BTUs and many of our customers have been extremely satisfied with it's ability to cook a variety of foods. An infrared searing burner can also be added if you want to grill at even higher temperatures. Feel free to give us a call at 833-728-3689 if you need anymore help choosing the right grill for your needs!
Asked by R | Answered by RosaGreat question! Without using an infrared burner, a gas grill won't create enough radiant heat to properly char or cook your food on the rotisserie. You'll also want to place a drip pan on your grill grate when you use a rotisserie, because a large cut of meat means a lot of drippings. A drip pan would further block the heat from the burners, but if you don't use it, the amount of drippings coming from your food could ruin the burners.
Asked by Angelo | Answered by SethHello. You'll need at least 5 inches of clearance in the back for the lid to open. However, if the kitchen is against a combustible wall, you'll need at least 16 inches of clearance. You'll also need an insulated jacket for your grill if the kitchen is made of combustible materials. Here's the owner's manual for more details on clearance and installation requirements: https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Blaze-Grills-Revised%206-16-16.pdf

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
