My non-stick pans are worn. Why isn't there a recoat repair. They are too expensive to chuck! How about a little customer service that is actually useful! Ecologically irresponsible to throw away a pan that SHOULD be repairable!

Have an ALL-CLAD 9" stainless chef pan with d5, worst pan in my kitchen food sticks to it even with butter !!!

With little use has developed deep scratches and must be sprayed to prevent sticking. I would not recommend All Clad non stick coating products Beware

I have a set of all clad and love it, however I have one coated frying and I don't want you to make my mistake. I didn't register it and I put it in the dishwasher ! Now coating is bubbling around the rim. Please read and follow the recommendations

This is a great frying pan for general use. The nonstick surface and even distribution of heat mean that foods are easy to brown/cook perfectly. The company says it's dishwasher safe, but honestly I have found that since nothing sticks to the pan, a gentle swish in hot water and dishwashing liquid and wiping with a soft sponge gets it clean in two seconds. So I don't even bother to put it in the dishwasher. I'd give same review for other sizes; happily, I have 3 of these in different sizes.

It is my first All Clad purchase( although I have a 12" fry pan on the way} and I hope the long term performance of the nonstick is as good as my initial response to the skillet is. I have been disappointed in other nonstick applications. This item is beautiful.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
