I bought this a few years back to put in a smoker I bought that didn't have a thermometer. I learned how to smoke using it and it was awesome. Only drawback was trying to drill a hole in my smoker big enough to accommodate it. I had to buy a drill bit that cost me $40 at a hardware store. Then I broke it before I got the hole all the way through and had to buy another one. OUCH.

We use this on our grill to get the right temp. so we can smoke meat. The temp gage works great!

This is really necessary for slow cooking on a grill. If your grill doesn't have one down by the cooking surface, you really need to add one for indirect cooking.

Product very easy to use...Just drill a hole in any grill and place the thermometer in it and it does the rest. Makes knowing the temperature easy and accurate. No more over cooking or under cooking.

I have three styles of grills on my patio: gas, charcoal and smoker... I bought this to go into my "slow-cooking" smoker and it has eliminated any further guesswork on meat being overdone or underdone. I thank you but, more importantly, my family & guests THANK YOU!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
