I love Weber--quality products, great support, they keep replacement parts for old lines. I've replaced the burners three times over more than 10 years and each time the grill fires up like new.

Once you know your model number, you can go to the Weber website, find the part(s). Order the part, they ship to you door. The installation instructions were somple, yet thorough. I replaced the burner tubes in about 30 minutes total. Our 20+ year old grill works like new.

Fairly straightforward directions Much less expensive than purchasing a new grill and now I have a "good as new" grill!

I have a 20+ year old Weber Genesis Silver A grill. Decided it was time to replace some parts when I accidentally cut the hose on the connector to the gas tank. Didn't realize how poorly the burner tubes were working until I put the new ones in. Works like a brand new grill. Install was pretty easy too. It took about a half hour for two of us working together to change the tubes, igniter kit, hose and regulator kit and to check for leaks.

Customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. My Weber grill is 12 years old. Service department took the time to research my grill for the proper replacement parts

Crossover burner burned out in my 28 yr old silver grill. I took a picture of the grill, sent it to Weber and received the assembly. Easy to install my son inherited it will probably go another 20 yes problem free.

Replaced these cooking grates, the flavorizer bars, the burner tubes, and the drip pan and holder bracket. These items fit the old grill and were easy to install. This grill is 25 years old and works like new.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
