I've been using the pan to grill vegetables, found it to be useful product. As may very well and cleans easily with soap and water, even though it does get discolored overtime

Would be helpful to recommend that no grill spray be used on this grilling pan. Totally discolored at first use and impossible to clean. Very disappointed in that. But great to cook on.

Your stainless steel pan will develop a patina over time due to exposure to the high heat generated by the grill. You can clean the pan by hand washing it with soap, water, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag. It is perfectly normal for the pan to darken with use, and it cannot be restored to a "like-new" appearance. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Our Care team will reach out to follow up. Used for the first time and brushed pan with canola oila spray. No where on the product instructions does it say not to use oil, etc. Pan is now discolored on the top and bottom and will not come clean.

It's a little big and I'm not sure how it will do on the grill in terms of vegetables falling through. I've been searching for a Weber ceramic grill but this is the only product available anymore.

After the second use I really like this grilling pan. I marinate hamburger and was having trouble with flare ups. This was the fix I was looking for. Burgers stay juicy without getting burned.

I bought this to cook thinly sliced kielbasa, it cooked fine but I just spent an hour trying to clean it and I can't get it clean

We only grilled fish on this tray, and it's impossible to clean/remove burnt portion off from the tray. Even after 2.5 hrs in dishwasher, surface remains sticky and greasy. Color change didn't bother me at all, but I'm reluctant to grill again on this tray… so disappointed! (We have a weber grill, and grilling temp is 450 for 8-10min)

I have purchased 2 Weber grills for our new home just this year. So I also grabbed this grill pan for veggie. Oh my goodness!!! It looks like it's 100 years old already and impossible to clean it. Disappointed!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
