I used this pan for the first time this weekend. I grilled two chicken patties and some lettuce for a salad. I spent more time attempting to get the stains and black marks off of this than I have spent barbecuing this summer. This is a very difficult clean and will line it with foil next time which defeats the purpose of buying this in the first place.

I bought the grilling pan for my Weber 315 gas grill and agree that the pan is difficult to clean. The stainless steel is great, it seems robust and will last. The reason for 3 stars is the fact that the pan is too long to fit over a single grill (I bent it manually, which damaged it). If the pan were 4-5mm shorter, it could be used together with Weber´s 7566 cast iron griddle (see picture).

I grilled flounder fillets on this after coating with oil. The cleanup was prohibitive. I soaked it, scrubbed with soap and water, set it aside. Came back wth baking soda paste, no use. Finally destroyed a brillo pad and 30 minutes to get it clean. Next time I use it I will have to coat it with foil or the Yoshi grill mat (which is fantastic btw).

Just used this product for the first time. I used grill PAM and then grilled green beans with a little olive oil, salt, and herbs. Then some bell peppers, just plain. When it cooled off, I had to spend an hour cleaning this pan, using scouring powder and steel wool. It's much cheaper to put down a couple of layers of aluminum foil and then throw it out afterwards. I expected better of a high-end brand like Weber. Selling useless accessories might be good for the bottom line, but it's not especially good for instilling confidence in customers.

The first use of this pan after spraying with grill PAM developed a very dark waxy covering that could not be removed in the dishwasher or use of oven cleaner. Had to use a drill with wire brush to remove the waxy residue to get back to the stainless steel finish. Either the Grill PAM reacted to the pan or the manufacturing left a coating on the pan. Both the top and bottom developed the coating. Recommend you see for yourself by putting on a gas grill and heating with and without PAM for Grilling to see the change in the pan appearance. It is not the "PATENIA" as many answers mention. Too many other reviews mention the same issue.

I have had two of these grill pans, and they have fabulous features for the grill surface, and they are reasonably easy to clean. However, because of the humongous handles on the ends, they will not fit back to front on your spirit grill. When you place the pan sideways, it takes up most of your grill space. I have trimmed the handles off on two of them (approximately 3/8 of an inch off of each end) to make them fit properly. Easy material to cut!

Hello. Since it is stainless steel, soap and water, degreaser, stainless steel cleaner will all work. You can use abrasive scrubbers to help. You may also want to heat it up on the grill, and use a scraper to remove any tough layer of buildup. But be careful.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
