I bought this a couple years ago with the stronger stand. It doesn't move much, but now the adapter hose is leaking at the crimp behind the green screw on.

Out of the clear blue our Q2200 stopped working. Checked all troubleshooting and maintenance in your manual with no luck, we even bought a new gas tank! We tried a small propane canister and worked perfectly. Thanks to this reviews checked the hose and noted the crack in the green adapter. It is a shame that a hose will affect the quality of a great product, specially when it is required by the product. PLEASE, say something about the hose in the troubleshoot area of your manual. It would have save us some trouble.... I appreciate if you notify me when this issue is corrected.

I bought a nice weber table top gas grill 3 years ago. We keep it in our RV for those seldom taken trip. I may have used it a dozen times. I attempted to use the grill on a spring break outing 2 weeks ago and guess what? The plastic ring inside the propane tank connector was shattered and I was unable to use the grill. I did not pay the junk price but junk is what I got

I am having the same problem as everyone else,the plactic circle in side of the green connector broke off in pieces and now it is usless after screwing around with the dang thing for three meals am at least glad to see that is truly is the hose and not the tank or grill,guess i'm SOL

Mine stopped working just like the others on this review page. I can get a 1lb canister to work, but when I attach this hose I get nothing. It's not releasing gas from the tank. This is not a cheap hose to purchase, but is not up to the quality standard I'd expect from Weber. Better to find another option.

Just like many, many others, the coupler on adapter hose failed and doesn't allow gas to reach the burner in an amount required to even keep the grill lit. This caused a problem on my last RV trip since I had planned to do the cooking, as usual, for our family and another RV family. I do really like the Q 2200 grill, but this hose has caused much disappointment for many users. Is there any good solution?

Same problem as the other reviewers--White ring spacer/flange on green coupling fractured after a few uses, now the valve won't seat properly in the propane tank. This is my second hose, same problem. Can you please send an improved version? Thank you!

You guys keep giving the same canned answer to all these people who are having problems with the washer disintegrating on the propane adaptor hose. It's great that you will replace it under warranty but why don't you just fix the d@$% thing already?!!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
