Plastic ring inside of the end that attaches to the tank cracked within a year. this lead to low output at first, then the device failed completely after that. The construction quality of this ring needs to be improved.

Received grill and hide from a friend without instructions, hooked hose up to 20 lb propane tank....gas did come out but could barely see flame while in high....so went back to canister which worked great! Are there special instructions while using the adapter hose method? Otherwise of no use to us!

We have purchased 3 of these now for the Weber Q2200 grill and all of them have broken or stopped working after just a couple of months use. There is a plastic piece inside the part that screws onto the gas tank that breaks and comes apart in pieces. When this happens it won't screw onto the tank correctly and therefore the grill won't work. We won't be buying anymore Weber hoses, even though we love our Weber grills. It is such a shame that these aren't better quality.

I have bought two of these adaptor hoses and both have rarely worked. The grill works with the small propane canister but, after a while, when connecting the grill to a large tank it stops working. Many people have reported problems on various web forums. Why does WEBER promote this as something that works when clearly there is a flaw?

Worked great for 5 connections. White plastic spacer behind tank coupler end broke into 6 pieces on 6th connection. Hand tightened only! Over 70 years have had numerous Weber grills and currently have 3 and this is my first disappointment in the Weber product.

We bought a small portable grill at a rummage sale and used it to replace our old grill now that there is just the two of us. We were wanting to connect it to a larger propane tank and found just what we needed!

The Adapter Hose to use a large propane tank on my Weber Portable Grill works exactly as advertised AND it save money by using a large, refillable propane tank rather than the small, compact tanks that came with the grill. Love it!—especially when I don't have to use my Weber Genesis Grill or smaller meals.

Last year I converted my small Weber gas grill from a tiny propane tank to a large one, using the connector hose sold by Weber. I built a rolling table for the grill, with a shelf below for the refillable gas canister. After a year of grilling, the tank is still more than half full. I'm saving money and enjoying grilling more.

I bought this so I could use my compact Q grille on my apartment patio. The small bottles are great for camping or tailgating but present a problem when using the grille frequently. This product allows you to use the larger, refillable bottles and still save space. If space is a factor you cannot beat this product

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
