I bought the Weber Genesis II 315 it's a beautiful grill and I love everything about it...except that the regulator is leaking...I came home ready to bbq and the regulator starts to leak... so I go get another tank thinking it was the propane tank... come home and same thing so I decided to look it up and it seems that this is a common problem....it sucks that such a expensive grill has such issues ...I hope they replace it with a regulator that works...

Hose that came with my Q1000 (less than one year old) failed as others have stated. White plastic piece inside green tank connector broke into several pieces. Weber have you addressed this ongoing issue? Would very much like a solution. The two year warranty means nothing if the part continues to fail. Grill is great BTW.

I was just getting the grill started to make dinner but when I turned the propane valve on, I could feel the propane rushing out of the hose. Upon closer inspection, I could see breaks in the hose near the propane connector.

I always very disappointed when I hooked up this hose. The flame is very, very low when placed on high. Can't even cook a steak properly.

Come on Weber. I have purchased a number of these now and they all get the same problem. The white colored washer inside the green tank end breaks into pieces making the hose useless. Clearly this problem is occurring regularly so how about doing something about it. It is a pain in the butt having to contact you for replacements each time. Fix it once and for all.

after working flawless for months , suddenly I had no LP to my burners. After a bit of troubleshooting I determined it was either the tank or the hose. Weber insisted it probably wasn't and sent me a regulator..After installing of course I had the same problem. Weber insisted it had to be the tank but sent a new hose to me to disprove my theory. the green knob on the non-working hose had to much play in it and wouldn't seat deep enough in the tank . The new one had about half the play and worked just fine. Something which we can't see is broken on the original hose/knob. Having seen other posts, I see I am not alone.

Had this hose for about five years. The hose itself is fine, but like others mentioned there is a plastic washer inside the tank-side fitting (green) that breaks into several pieces after time. This doesnt keep the metal plunger forward and therefore doesn't open the check valve on the tank. No excuse Weber. Wont buy this accessory from you again.

So much better to use the LARGE propane tank with my beautiful mini grill so I don't have to replace the tank frequently. I grill a LOT. Thanks

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
